永年广府古城地处河北省南部，是晋、冀、鲁、豫四省交会之地，西倚太行，南控黄河，居京广之要道，位中原之道衢。城墙高耸，四面环水,城雄水秀，古朴幽雅，是杨式、武式太极拳发祥地，哺育了几代名震海外的太极高手，一代宗师杨露禅、武禹襄就诞生在这片热土——永年广府古城。
随着2004年首届中国·永年广府太极拳年会的成功举办，促进了太极拳的开展和交流，为满足海内外朋友的要求，我们再搭太极之高台；邀天下之精英，助中兴太极之波澜。
第二届中国·永年广府太极拳年会于2005年2月2l日召开。
会议期间，将安排有地方特色的、规模宏大的、庄严隆重的开幕式，进行杨式、武式传统拳、器械、套路以及太极推手演示表演赛和国家竞赛套路表演赛；各地区运动员将同合表演;利用会余时间，趁春节之际，到杨、武式太极拳发源地，瞻仰杨露禅、武禹襄故居,傅公祠、赵斌大师陵园，游览永年广府古城、毛隧墓、弘济桥、黑龙潭等名胜古迹。
本次大会将有太极拳界名家高手示范表演，展太极之风彩、促太极之交流。大会以弘扬太极、造福人类为宗旨，天下太极是一家，不分门派和地区欢迎各太极拳组织及爱好者参加。
Guang Fu Ancient City,YongNian,Leaning against Tai Hang Mountains,locates in the south of HeBei province,adjacent to Yellow River,It is the joint of four provinces (ShanXi,HeBei,ShanDong,HeNan)and a fort of peking-GuangDong Railwanyline.With magnificent defence walls and beautifu city moat,GuangFu,where is the birthplace of Yang style TaiJiQuan,Wu style TaiJiQuan,nurtures several generations of TaiJiQuan masters including:Luchan Yang and Yu Xiang Wu.The success of First annual meeting in 2004 has promoted the development of TaiJiQuan and communications between TaiJiQuan enthusiasts.
Considering TaiJiQuan lovers demands,we are very delighted to invite friends from home and abroad to participate the assembly again to promote the prosperities of TaiJiQuan.
Numbers 2 Guang Fu YongNian,China Annual Assembiy will be held on 21 February 2005 in Guang Fu.
During this meeting,we are going to hold angrand opening ceremony with regional characteristics, and invite friends from different regions to perform together.We"ll also perform traditional Yang style TaiJiQuan set,Wu style TaiJiQuan set.Weapons,Push hands as well as sets of movement of TaiJiQuan.In addition,we plan to show you all to some Historical Interests in Gung Fu,Yong Nian,such as the former residence of Master Yang,Master Wu style former residence,Master Fu ZhongWen memorial temple,Master Zhao Bin"s cemetery park.Guang Fu ancient city,MaoSui Tomb,HongJi Bridge,HeiLong pond and so on.
There will be some well-known TaiJiQuan Masters" model performance,which will display the elegance of TaiJiQuan and promote it"s development.By the principle of spreading the essence of TaiJiQuan to serve people,all are welcome despite the differences between various sects.
