(一)规定套路：《太极拳竞赛套路》(陈式、杨式、吴式、孙式、武式及42式)、《太极剑竞赛套路》；简化太极拳(24式)及32式太极剑。
(二)传统套路：陈式、杨式、吴式、孙式、武式及其它各式传统太极拳、太极器械套路。同类拳种、器械集中编组，凡每一拳种、器械不
足5人时均集中编为其它拳种、器械类。
(三)集体项目：每队6一10人，男女不限，拳、械以及拳械混合均可，可以配乐，自备CD，音乐中不带歌词。
(四)太极推手擂台赛：
1、女子设3个级别：
55公斤以下级(含55公斤)
60公斤级(55公斤以上一60公斤)
60公斤以上级
2、男子设8个级别：
52公斤以下级(含52公斤)
56公斤级(52公斤以上～56公斤)
60公斤级(56公斤以上～60公斤)
65公斤级(60公斤以上～65公斤)
70公斤级(65公斤以上～70公斤)
75公斤级(70公斤以上～75公斤)
80公斤级(75公斤以上～80公斤)
80公斤级以上 六、参加办法
(一)每个代表队可派领队1名、教练1名、随队医生1名，运动员人数及性别不限。
(二)每个参赛运动员最多可报2项(拳、械各一项)，每队集体项目可报l项。
(三)太极推手每队每个级别限报1人，每人限报一个级别；太极推手的运动员必须选报太极拳或参加太极拳测验。
(四)参加太极推手的运动员报到时，必须向大会提交医院出具的《健康证明》(内容：脑电图、心电图、脉搏、血压)，以及人身意外伤残保险手续。否则，出现意外伤害事故由参赛单位负责。
(五)参加套路比赛的E组和F组的运动员在报到时必须向大会提交医院出具的《健康证明》以及《人身保险证明》，否则不得参赛。
(六)年龄分组
l、套路比赛：
A组：12周岁以下(含12周岁)
B组：13—17周岁
C组：l8—34周岁
D组：35—54周岁
E组：54—65周岁
F组：65周岁以上
2、太极推手比赛：
A组：1 8—25周岁
B组：26—35周岁
C组：36—50周岁 七、竞赛办法
(一)本次比赛为个人单项和集体项目比赛。
(二)套路比赛采用中国武术协会2006年研制的《传统武术套路竞赛办法》(试行)。
(三)套路比赛时间：
1、规定套路：陈式、杨式、吴式、孙式、武式、42式太极拳均为5—6分钟，24式太极拳为4—5分钟；32式、42式太极剑为3—4分钟。
2、传统套路：各式太极拳、太极器械时间不超过5分钟。
3、集体项目比赛时间：不超过4分钟。
(四)为保证竞赛编排秩序严谨，参加套路比赛的运动员参赛项目有特殊情况需要更改，必须在比赛开始的前1天向竞赛部门提出书面申请，经同意后，每更换一项交20美元。
(五)太极推手采用组委会制定的《太极拳推手竞赛办法》(附后)，此办法仅限于本次比赛试用。
(六)太极推手比赛采用单败淘汰赛，运动员在比赛中无故弃权，取消比赛资格及全部成绩。 八、录取名次
(一)规定套路各单项按男女年龄组分别录取前8名，集体项目分别录取太极拳、太极器械、太极拳械混合前8名，参赛人(队)数在9人(队)以下减一录取，1人(队)不录取名次。
(二)传统套路各单项按男女年龄组分别录取一等奖(按参赛人数的10％录取)、二等奖(按参赛人数的20％录取)和三等奖(按参赛人数的30％录取)。
(三)太极推手按男女年龄组分别录取前8名，各级别在9人以下减一录取，1人不录取名次。 九、报名与报到
(一)第一次报名：各参赛团(队)请按报名表要求用A4纸打印填写，于6月20目前分别寄到中国武术协会外事部及“第四届中国·焦作国际太极拳交流大赛竞赛部”。
(二)最后确认报名：各参赛团(队)请按报名表要求用A4纸打印填写一式两份，及个人近期一寸免冠照片二张(写明姓名，用于办理参赛证)、年龄证明(本人护照复印件)于7月20日前分别寄到中国武术协会外事部及“第四届中国·焦作国际太极拳交流大赛竞赛部”。
(三)若国际武联会员协会在报名时间截至时没有报名，大会将接受该协会所在地所属的其它武术组织的报名。
(四)各参赛团(队)于2007年8月19日到“中国河南省焦作市太极拳交流大赛组委会接待部”报到。 十、联系方式

(一)参赛费用：每人每天45美元(三星级宾馆标准间)、60美元(三星级宾馆单人问)；55美元(四星级宾馆标准间)、70美元(四星级宾馆单人间)；65美元(五星级宾馆标准间)、80美元(五星级宾馆单人间)。以上费用含食宿、比赛、大会统一组织的活动。
(二)国际武联会员协会免收报名费。
(三)非国际武联会员协会的代表队每人交报名费10美元。

1．Compulsory routines：
Taijiquan competition routines(Chen style，Yang style，Wu style， Sun style，Wu2 Style and 42 Forms Taijiquan)，Taijijian
Competition Routine；Simplified Taijiquan(24 forms)，Taijiquan Competition Routine(32 forms)
2．Traditional routines：
Chen style，Yang style，Wu style，Sun style，Wu2 style and other traditional styles as well as different routines of Taiji apparatus． Events of the same Taijiquan style and apparatus will be grouped together；if the number of athletes who take part in each style and each apparatus event is less than 5，these athletes will be grouped into other barehanded and apparatus routine groups．
3．Team events：
Each team shall be composed of 6-10 athletes(men or women)．The barehanded，apparatus or barehanded and apparatus mixed rOutines are acceptable．The CD shall be self-provided，and background music should be without lyrics．
4．Taiji Push Hands Competition
1)Three categories for female athletes：
Below 55 kg category(including 55 kg)
60 kg category(55-60 kg）
Over 60 kg category
2)Eight categories for male athletes：
Below 52 kg category(including 52 kg)
56 kg category(52-56 kg)
60 kg category(56-60 kg)
65 kg category(60-65 kg)
70kg category(65-70 kg)
75 kg category(70-75 kg)
80 kg category(75-80 kg)
Over 80 kg category VI．Competition Method
1. Each team may enter a team leader，a coach，a doctor and there is no limit to the number ofthe athletes(whether men or women）．
2. An athlete who intends to participate in the competition can enter for 2 events at most(one for Taijiquan and one for apparatus)．Each team carl enter for only one team event．
3.In the Taijipush hands competition，only one athlete from each team is allowed to enter for each category．And one athlete can onlv enter for one category．The athletes for push hands must enter for Taijiquan contests or enter for the Taijiquan test．
4．When registering，participants for push hands competition are requested to hand in their life insurance certificates and health certificates endorsed by hospitals，including electroencephalogram， electrocardiogram，pulse，and blood pressure certification．The insurance should be lire insurance for accident．Otherwise．the participants will be responsible for any accidents occurred．
5．The taolu competitors of group E and F must hand in their insurance certificates and health certificates endorsed by hospitals of county level upon arrival．Otherwise，the participants will not be allowed to participate in the competition．
6．Age groups
1)Taolu：
Group A：Under 12(including 12)
Group B：Age 13-17
Group C：Age 18-34
Group D：Age 35-54
Group E：Age 55-65
Group F：Over 65
2) Push hands：
Group A：Age 18-25
Group B：Age 26-35
Group C：Age 36-50 VII．Competition Method
1．The individual events and team events are adopted in this competition．
2．The compulsory and traditional routines are implemented according to The Rules ofTraditional Wushu Competition(rrial)endorsed by the Chinese Wushu Association in 2006．
3．Competition time for taolu：
1)Compulsory routines：Chen style，Yang style，Wu style，Sun style， Wu2 Styles Taijiquan and 42 Forms Taijiquan shall be 5-6 minutes；Simplified 24 Forms Taijiquan shall be 4-5minutes；42 Forms Taiji
Sword shall be 3-4 minutes．
2)Traditional routines：Taijiquan and apparatus routines cannot be more than 5 minutes．
3)Competition time for team events cannot be more than 4 minutes．
4．In order to keep the tight order of competition，if the competitors who enter for the Taolu Competition intend to change events，he or she must hand in an application in writing to Competition Department 1 day prior to the competition．If the application is permitted，US$20．00 should be submitted for one change．
5．The Rules of Taij i Push Hands Competition endorsed by the Organizing Committee will be adopted only in this competition．
6．The single knock out system of Taiji push hands will be adopted in this competition．If the competitors abstain from the competition without any reasons，he or she shall be disqualified from the competition and all the competition results will be cancelled． VIII．Places and Awards
1．The first eight place winners will be awarded in the individual event of compulsory routines for both men and women according to age groups．The first eight teams will be awarded respectively in the team events of Taijiquan，Taiji Apparatus and Taijiquan mixed with Taiji Apparatus．If the number of competitors or teams is less than 9， one fewer competitor or team will be awarded．If there is only one competitor or team，the competitor or team shall not be awarded．
2.10％of the total competitors who participate in the traditional routine events shall be awarded for the first prize，20％for the second and 30％for the third prizes．
3．The first eight place winners for both men and women competitors will be awarded respectively according to age groups in push hands events．If the number of competitors in category is less than 9，the last place will not be awarded．If there is only one competitor，the competitor shall not be awarded． IX．Registration
1．Prelimenary entry：Each group or team is requested to send the entries to the Foreign Affairs Department of the Chinese Wushu Association and the Competition Department of the 4th Jiaozuo International Taijiquan Exchange Competition before June 20，2007 with two copies of entry forms printed in A4 paper size．
2．Final Entry：Each group or team is requested to send the entries t0 the Foreign Affairs Department of Chinese Wushu Association and Competition Department of the 4thJiaozuo International Taijiquan Exchange Competition before July 20，2007 with two copies of entry forms(printed in A4 paper size)，two photos(passport size)with competitors’names on the back，and age certification(copies of passports)．
3．If member federations of the International Wushu federation have not entered for the competition until the deadline of registrationthe organizing committee will accept entries of other wushu organizations of these countries and regions．

1． Competition fee：Each person is charged US$45．00 per day(standard room in 3-star hotel)，US$60．00(standard single room in 3-star hotel)，US$55．00(standard room in 4-star hotel)，US$70．00（standard single room in 4-star hotel)，US$65．00(standard room in 5-star hotel)，US$80．00(standard single room in 5-star hotel)， including board and lodging，competition and other activities arranged by the Organizing Committee．
2．The participating teams from the member federations of the International Wushu Federmion are exempted from the registration fee．
3． Each competitor from any other team that doesn’t belong to International Wushu Federation is charged US$1 0 as registration fee．
4．Each participating team shall go through life insurance procedure by itself． XII .Any additional information uncovered in this Regulations shall be provided by the Organizing Committee in due course． |
